Our web site has been designed for you to buy or hire toys from us as simply as possible. The following are some guidelines to help you purchase from our web site.

1.	Select the Buy Toys, Hire Toys or Arrange a Party Party Paks you wish to hire or buy from the main menu. When you have identified an item you wish to hire or purchase select the "HIRE" or "BUY" button.

2.	You will be presented with your View Order page which will list the toys you have selected to hire or buy. To add another toy to your order go back to the Buy Toys, Hire Toys or Arrange a Party areas by selecting them from the main menu and select the next toy you wish to hire or purchase.

3.	You can view your order at any time by selecting "VIEW ORDER" from the main menu.

4.	When you are ready to complete your order select "VIEW ORDER" from the main menu to view a summary of your order. When you are happy you have finished ordering select "PLACE ORDER".

5.	You now be presented with the Customer Information page. Please complete the details requested to enable us to process your order. You can pay for your order by a number of methods. Please see more on this under "Payment Methods" below.

6.	You will then be asked to confirm your Payment Details. If paying by credit card on-line please enter your credit card details and press "CONTINUE" once you are happy they are correct.

7.	Your order has now successfully been placed and an Order Confirmation page will be displayed. Please print this as confirmation of your order. We will confirm availability plus any applicable bond, deposit or delivery charges promptly by telephone / email on receipt of your order. If paying by fax or telephone please provide us with your credit card details by either faxing them to us on 09 441 4095 or telephoning us on 0800 43 42 41.

8.	Should you require any help at any time with your order please call us on 0800 43 42 41, quoting the order number provided to you on your Order Confirmation.

Payment Options
You can pay for your order by a number of methods:

Online credit card
Mastercard and Visa are available. Simply provide your credit card details to us on the Payment Details screen.

Fax Credit Card details
Print the Order Confirmation page and fax this to us with your Credit Cards details to 09 441 4095.

Telephone Credit Card details
Phone us on 0800 43 42 41 and provide us with your credit card details, quoting your order number from the Order Confirmation page.

On pick up by cash or credit card
Simply pop in to one of our stores and pay by either cash or credit card.
